These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK

At Urbetters.com you have up to 15 days to return your purchases

Returned products must be suitable for resale as new products, otherwise URBETTER reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.

In the event of a refund, in accordance with Article L. 121-21-4 of the Consumer Code, URBETTER must make the refund no later than 14 days following receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be made via the same means of payment as the initial order. In the event that the initial method of payment is not available, the refund may be made by bank transfer.



URBETTER provides secure and user-friendly payment options to our users and always guarantees users' online privacy and security. URBETTER, hereby, will never collect, store, transmit or disclose any payment information.

There is a dedicated PayPal checkout tab after adding the items to the cart.

You can proceed to payment using the PayPal account, once the transaction has been processed, you will immediately see the confirmation of your order.

Please note that the order will be delivered to your PayPal address.

PayPal Credit

PayPal Credit is a line of credit from Comenity Capital Bank that gives you the option to pay for your purchase now or pay over time.

Terms of Sales

Article 1 - Order

1.1 Parcels are dispatched in mainland France, the overseas departments, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg. For delivery in the overseas territories, the only method of payment accepted is PayPal.

1.2 The order placed by the customer consists of products that are part of the online catalogue created by the seller.

1.3 The order can only be registered on the site if the user has clearly identified himself. For this, the customer is asked to identify himself by indicating his surname, first name, a valid e-mail address, his postal address, his telephone number and his date of birth. URBETTERS.COM reserves the right to cancel a customer's order which presents a negative evaluation or which in its view presents any forms of risk.

1.4 Any orders imply acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.

1.5 Orders are payable only in euros including VAT, all taxes included.

1.6 The seller undertakes to honor the orders received within the limits of the available stocks of the products.

1.7 The date of the sales indicated on the site is the date in force in the region where the registered office of the company is located.

Article 2 - Approval

2.1 The customer declares to have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sales before placing his order. The validation of the customer's order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sales.

2.2 Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the seller constitutes proof of all transactions.

Article 3 - Availability

3.1 The seller's product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.

3.2 For products not available from the seller, the seller's offers are valid subject to availability from the seller's suppliers.

3.3 In the event of product unavailability after placing the customer's order, the seller will inform the customer by email as soon as possible. The customer's order will be canceled if the customer wishes.

3.4 The availability information provided at the time of the order is only given as an indication because the products are reserved only after the payment of the order. Orders awaiting payment paid late after the registration of the order may thus see the stock of the product(s) ordered modified or null. In the event of a stock shortage, the seller undertakes to contact the supplier to find out the delivery time of the product ordered and will inform the customer immediately.

Article 4 - Delivery

4.1 All our products are shipped from Germany, Poland and United Kingdom. Delivery is made in metropolitan France, in the DOM-TOMs, in Belgium, in Switzerland and in Luxembourg.

4.2 The average time observed between the order and the receipt of the package by the customer is 3-6 working days, except in the event of bad weather or cases of force majeure.

4.3 All orders placed on the same day from Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 1-2 days. Weekend orders (will be dispatched on Monday). This service is not available in the DOM-TOM.

4.4 In case of deliverable items on different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. However, the seller reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment. The seller can't be responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. Any order not shipped within 30 days will be canceled unless otherwise stipulated and announced in the sales offer. In case of delay, an email will be sent to the customer.

4.5 Upon receipt of the order, the seller recommends that the customer check the conformity of his order and inform the seller, if necessary, of any anomaly about it within 24 hours. 

Article 5 - Sale price, method of payment

5.1 The price is presented in Euros, basic express delivery costs included, excluding expedited and remote delivery costs.

5.2 The seller reserves the right to change the price of items at any time.

5.3 Items and any costs will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of registration of the order.

5.4 Retention of title clause: the products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

5.5 Payment for online items is made by Paypal.

5.6 The seller makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the internet. The transaction is completed and secure. The website uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment module. All data exchanged on the web is encrypted. Payment is completely secure.

5.7 The customer's purchases are therefore insured by the latter. This is relative to law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, related to data processing, files and freedoms.

Article 6 - Satisfied or refunded

6.1 Responsibility: In case of return of the product to the workshop, please condition your product well to avoid its breakage during transport. URBETTER can't be responsible for any damage to the product when you ship the product for after-sales service.

6.2 Defectiveness: The seller agrees to exchange, repair or refund any item with hidden defects, quality problems during normal use of the product.

Return and reshipping costs will be borne by the seller.

For after-sales service returns less than 6 months , please contact customer service. In all cases, the return is the responsibility of the customer.

6.3 Order error: In the event of a model or article error during the preparation of the order, the seller undertakes to exchange the article. Return and reshipping costs will be borne by the seller.

6.4 Return by the customer: The customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the items. The seller extends this period to 15 clear days from the date of receipt of the package. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6.5 Upon receipt of the package, the seller will judge the condition of the items. No return will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly worn, damaged or their package damaged , making the product unsuitable for resale.

6.6 If the return is refused by the seller, the items will be returned to the customer at the expense of the buyer without the customer being able to demand a refund or any compensation.

6.7 Exchange: The customer has 15 days from the date of receipt to return the products and request a possible exchange. Return costs will be borne by the customer. Attention, if the product has been used, we reserve the right to apply a discount.

6.8 Refund: In the event that the seller makes a product refund, it will be made by crediting the customer's bank account within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of notification of the refund.

Article 7 - Liability

7.1 The products offered comply with the Irish legislation in force. The responsibility of the customer can'[t be engaged in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is up to the customer to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services that the customer plans to order.

7.2 Photos are provided for illustration purposes. The seller invites the customer to refer to the description of each product to know its precise characteristics. In the event of an obvious error between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or the conditions of sale, the seller can't be liable.

7.3 In the event of hypertext links pointing to other sites from the seller's site, the latter shall not be responsible for the content of the information provided on these sites after activation of these links.

7.4 In the event of purchases on a professional basis, the seller will not incur any liability for any consequential damages as a result of these presents, operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or costs.


8.1 When completing your purchase, a billing statement including ‘urbetterride.com’ and the country code such as 'HK’,'UK’, etc. would be displayed on the payment page and/or your card statement.All purchases will be processed by our respective entity in the corresponding country as indicated by the country code in the billing statement and are governed by the Local Law.

Article 9 - Warranty

The warranty period of our scooters is 2 years for all their electronic parts, as well as the mechanical parts.

The battery is guaranteed for 1 year.

Batteries are generally considered consumable because Lithium batteries must undergo special maintenance, batteries should never be emptied at 0%, you should always keep a minimum charge on your devices.

The warranty covers all unprovoked failures of electronic components or motors.

Please note that the breakage or oxidation of the product will not be covered by the guarantee.

In the event of withdrawal, the return costs will be borne by the customer. The returned product must be in new condition suitable for resale, a discount may be applied according to the mileage and the condition of the product up to 50% of the purchase price.

In the event of an after-sales service procedure for a product purchased online, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller for 6 months from the date of receipt of the product.

After these 6 months, the outward journey will be at the customer's expense and the return at the seller's expense for a breakdown covered by warranty, if the breakdown is not covered by the warranty, the return will be at the customer's expense.

If sent at your expense, the package travels under your responsibility and we can't be responsible for any loss or damage to your package.

If your product doesn't present any problems after analysis by the technicians during the 6 months, we will be forced to provide invoice for the shipping costs.

Without a response following a repair estimate, your product will be stored in our workshop and/or store for 3 months, after that we can't store your product, URBETTER reserves the right to recycle your product.

Generally, commercial or conformity warranties don't cover:

Abnormal or non-compliant use of the products / non-compliance with safety instructions;

Any modifications made by you or a party not authorized by your dealer

Damage due to the intervention of you or a repairer not approved by the manufacturer;

Damage resulting from a cause external to the device (for example, accident, shock, lightning, use on a wet surface, a fluctuation of current, red oxidation pad etc.

In any case, URBETTER can't be responsible in the event of the manufacturer's refusal to apply its warranty for the reasons listed above.

Article 10 - Support out of warranty

In the event that the breakdown or the box is not covered by the guarantee (warranty period expired or breakdown not taken care of) our after-sales ervice will establish an estimate which will be subject to the customer's acceptance.
